QueueSync Mail is the Conduit which synchroniz E-Mail between Entourage v.X of MicroSoft and Mail app of Palm.
Supports Palm mail programs "Mail" and "Mark/Space Mail","MultiMail SE","VersaMail","Clie Mail".But, "MultiMail" checks only Japanese edition."Clie Mail" checks only Japanese edition(N700Update).

Simply copy QueueSync conduit to the '/Library/Application support/Palm HotSync/Conduits/'.
How to setup QueueSync
Start Entourage X.
Start HotSync Manager.
Double-click on "QSync Mail" at Conduit setup dialog of HotSync Manager.
The setup dialog of QueueSync Mail is indicated.
Select MailBox
- Click on the mailbox name(s) in the list for linking with the Palm mailDB. Only those box(es) selected (highlighted state) in the list will actually sync.
- To select multiple mailboxes in the Mail Box List:
"Command" + click to choose multiple mailboxes.
"Shift" + click to choose a range of mailboxes.
Palm Mail App
- Choose from the pull-down menu your preferred Palm mail program
To Draft box
- Check the box to place PDA-created mail in the "Default account" Draft box. This allows you to send the mail later via Entourage.
Include Read Mail
- When the "Include read mail" box is checked, previously read mail is transferred from the Mac to the PDA. When unchecked, only un-read mail is transferred between the devices.
VersaMail Account No
- It is indicated when "Versa Mail" is chosen by the menu to select the mail program of Palm. Select the account number of mail to transfer to Palm. Be careful because it can't be seen with Palm any more when the number which doesn't exist is selected.
HTML
- Transfer the mail of the HTML format to Palm when you check it. Transfer only a plain text to Palm when you don't check it.
Note
- A character code supports only ISO-2022-JP, ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8.
- Contents encoding supports only quoted-printable.
- When the contents of the mail message exceed 64KB, the excess portion is omitted and the abbreviated message is transferred to the Palm.
- The Entourage must be open when either setting up the QueueSunc Mail or synchronizing with HotSync.
- At this time, avoid using IMAP mailboxes. Future QueueSunc Mail releases may include these accounts. Since IMAP accesses a server to check every mail, the possibility that of a Palm communication time-out is high.

It is happy when a HotSync log and a crash log are attached if a report is sent.
Start a "Console" program, and a crash log is to check "Log crash informationin ~/Library/Logs/" of the "Crashes" tab of the Preferences menu. After it crashes, there is a log.
